JED has partnered with Lemonada Media on Season 3 of the Last Day podcast. The new season addresses the harrowing reality of gun violence in America. In Montana and other areas across the Mountain West, young men are dying by gun suicide at staggering rates. At the same time, gun violence is stealing the lives of too many young Black men in Atlanta and other cities throughout the United States. Over the course of 10 episodes, host Stephanie Wittels Wachs travels to hear from the communities that have lost loved ones to firearm suicides and daily gun violence. Examining broader gun culture across the U.S., Last Day Season 3 zooms in on individuals who are creating community-based solutions to reduce gun-related deaths and answer the question, “How can we learn to live alongside guns more safely?”
